It's called venison, not deer, lol.
Someone at work always has a surplus, so I'll get steaks, jerky, sausage, etc. Good stuff.Comment

Re: Off Topic 2012
So, if we could travel at speeds much faster than light, and set up camp 65 million light years away, could we get a telescope so powerful that we could see Earth, and then not only look at how the Earth looked back then(the continents shape, amount of ice, etc.) but could we also wait and see if a meteorite did strike the Earth and kill all dinosaurs?
I mean, it all seems to make sense in my head. It also seems like if we had the telescope focused in on the Earth the entire time somehow, that as the ship carrying it flew at those insane speeds from Earth, we'd basically get to watch the history of Earth in reverse from the time it left to however many light years away they went. So in my head I feel as we traveled from 60 million light years away to 70 million light years away, that we'd be able to see what happened in the time frame, but on a very fast forward like reel.
So to me, that basically means if we flew 10 million light years per hour, that flying from 60 to 70 million light years away, we'd see every single thing that happened in those 10 million years all in one hour, and then could go back and watch the footage at any speed we wanted which would then allow us to slow it down whenever and we could pick any part of history after a few simple math equations so we'd know exactly what part of history we're looking at, and then we'd know for sure what the Earth looked like, the climate, etc.
This whole idea seems like it could benefit so much of science and history. Do you guys even understand me at all, or have I gone crazy all of a sudden?“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

I've heard it was fantastic, but don't know where I can find it around me. I think a place in Reidsville sells it? That and buffalo. I've heard that is awesome. But again, where?
I find it hard to believe that gator tastes better than deer, er, "venison" though.Last edited by C the Lyte; 03-27-2012, 09:54 AM.EXPERIENCE MAYHEM FOOTBALLComment
