Some do. Just like some people microwave ice cream because they like it soft and semi melted in the bowl.

Did that salad have slices of Chicken, or some other kind of meat in it?
Might be the reason they wanted to warm it up, otherwise yeah I see your point warming up plain Salad does seem odd to me.

The easy solution to that is not to eat salad. Disgusting thing.

I'm the only guy that talks to a girl that looks like Lana, therefore I should be Archer (or anyone... I didn't make the AD cut either

I've never microwaved it but I always take it out of the freezer for about 20 minutes before I scoop any out. I prefer it soft.

If that's the case then why not go and get this:
Yes, I love soft serve as well

No lettuce is acceptable. Anywhere. Period.

When you multiply exponents, you add the exponents.
Example: (x^5)(x^8) = x^13
When you divide exponents, you subtract the bottom from the top.
Example: (x^5)/(x^8) = x^3
In that problem, you have to find a common denominator to subtract the exponents.
So (x^11) = (x^22/2)
(x^1/2)/(x^22/2) = (x^-21/2)
