I didn't even know people hated on cargo shorts (other than the "no one gets laid in cargo shorts" line). I can't stand those plaid shorts or jorts or...probably nothing else anyone can think of.

I seem to always see girls on FB complaining about cargo short, then I think back to HS and I think everyone owned a pair of cargo shorts...

Normal shorts? I have two pairs of khaki in the wash, and hardly wear the plaid, but here's all my non-athletic/basketball shorts

Yeah, this was the first I've heard of any hating of cargo shorts. I have 3 pairs of jorts, 3 pairs of cargo shorts and 1 pair of I guess thy're khaki type shorts. I con't care for the look of plaid so I don't have any of those.

Just for curiosity's sake, why would one not want to wear cargo shorts?

Edit: or want to not wear them? It could go both ways.

I have three pairs of plaid shorts that I pretty much wear if I'm out in public somewhere. One is basically black/grey/white and is mostly white and looks more like stripes than a typical plaid. I have a brown pair similar to those. I also have a blue/black/gray plaid shorts which are your typical plaid print design (big blocks of color).

I don't like the "loud" plaid stuff unless its being matched with something, but I very rarely see people match colors when wearing clothes. I like them because they go with more things than a simple one color pair of shorts would. Plus, I've never really liked the khaki look and jean material is too hot for me in the summer.

Employers are basically paying for my NCAA 13.

I won $100 in a contest.. hell, 5/8 people I work with won. They are all going out tonight to have some drinks, but I'm heading home to cookout with a few friends.

They acted a little bitter towards me, because I don't want to go out with my money and buy everyone drinks. I'm not selfish, but I also don't want to to waste it in a bar. I would rather buy myself a game and use the rest for gas or something..

Oh well...
