    EDIT: Also Modern Family.

Describes pretty much any show that lasts more than 3-4 seasons. There are very few shows which last longer where the later seasons are still good. House comes to mind (never mind the low spot towards the middle of the series, the final two couple seasons made up for it) as does X-Files pre Season 8 or so.

The Simpsons managed to be better up through at least 9 seasons.

I thought Dexter didn't really hit it's stride until a few Seasons in.

I don't watch THAT much TV, but most shows I enjoy are several seasons in.

You can listen to the entire album for free on iTunes.

On another note, I had one of those moments that makes you feel really old on the way to work this morning - I was flipping through the stations and Live's "Lighting Crashes" was on 90s on 9 with the year 1994 beside it. I can't believe that album is almost 20 years old. I remember buying it on the same day that I got my first car.

That got me to thinking about how teenagers day probably think of music in the 90s like I thought of the 70s when I was a teen. So basically, teenagers today probably think about bands like Nirvana, Beck, Cake, Stone Temple Pilots, etc like I thought about AC/DC, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Eagles, Steppenwolf, Tom Petty, etc. Pretty crazy stuff.

Would anyone know off the top of their head if the absence of an abstract for a commercial building would be a no-go to get a bank loan?

Not because I think she's going to do something stupid (because I have complete faith in her). It's more just that with the 7 hour difference in timezones, her going out erases one of the 2 or 3 chances that we get to talk each day.

But at the same time, I can go out whenever I want because she's asleep when it's night time here, so I want to be fair to her too lol.

...If you haven't noticed by now, I overthink things way too much.
You fooling yourself if you think she is going to stay in the house all the time and not go out. I'm pretty sure she goes out a lot and just don't tell you as many times as she does just for you won't feel bad.

Ten, my favorite album of all time, was released a full year before I was. To me, that's kind of weird. And Pearl Jam is still touring to this day, too. I guess because of that I don't feel the same way. On the other hand, I really do believe I was born at least 7 years later than I should have been.

Even Flow, Why Go, Black, Jeremy, Alive, Porch, Oceans....incredible.

Ten is still my favorite album of theirs. Vs comes close at points, but top to bottom its hard to beat.

From what I understand, you should be able to get a bank loan without the abstract.

The Simpsons made a bit of a revival in quality the last couple of seasons. It still pales in comparison to the Golden Age but it's at least mildly entertaining compared to the years of filler.
