Different strokes I guess. That's one of my favorite non-sports games I've played on PS3. I thought the controls were a lot smoother than MGS4, which I didn't enjoy as much as Deus Ex: HR.
I've played through Deus Ex: HR twice and plan on trying to get the no alarms/no kills trophies some day.
I'm with Chase on not grabbing a lot of games the day they come out though. Big releases that I'm looking forward to I do, but that's it.
I'll get WWE ASAP. I got wow and all expansions shortly after they released. Madden used to be a midnight release for me.
The last game (and only one within 5 years).that I've done the midnight thing for was Skyrim for PS3.
Steam distribution and pre loading has made my life a breeze for PC releases though. I'll buy excellent PC titles or those titles with a great modding community before I'd buy any single player game. My consoles are my single player machines.

I do like the concept and idea of the game, I just can't get a feel for character movement.Comment

I haven't given up on it, I just get a little impatient with some games. I'm sure I'll go back to it soon. I haven't really given it a fair chance, because I haven't got to experience any upgraded augmentations and such.

Fish Tacos, Clam Chowder, and Bud Light for dinner. Holy crap I can't wait to get out of here.Originally posted by Anthony BourdainThe celebrity chef culture is a remarkable and admittedly annoying phenomenon. Re: Off Topic 2012
All Halo pic jokes aside, how in the hell are you 23 and have never had a GF? Are you some sort of social introvert?
I'm not making fun or anything honestly, I'm just trying to understand. Because I can't wrap my head around these types of things some of you say on here when there is just so many broads out there.
Growing up and going through High School I was a bit on the shy side, but not to the extent that I was afraid to talk to people. I actually got a long with my classmates quite well, It's just that in High School girls wanted to go out with older guys, and I was on the skinny/scrawny side so I wasn't having any luck there.
I didn't go to college (yet, still have time to plan on going) I went straight into the work force, and have had to focus on paying bills and work related issues, not much time to explore relationships. From everything I've heard it's a bad idea to date within the work place, but there's very little females in my workplace in my age group. The few women I do work with are all older, and married. (in their 50's +)
I guess it's just the perfect storm of unfortunate circumstances that have led me to not having a Girlfriend. I mean it is what it is, and no I don't cry myself to sleep over feelings of loneliness every night lol. I'm fine and confident with who I am, and I am not stressing not being in a relationship. If God intends for me to have a Girlfriend/Wife, he will put me in that situation. Until then I just go on living my life with my work, education related goals in mind first.Minnesota Vikings

I feel like you have a mindset with the white picket fence and the 2.5 kids and dog. You need to first realize that you will not please everyone. No matter how hard you try, so I would say not worry about it. Now, I know that is not easier said than done, but instead of making sure that everyone around is cool with you and what not, first make sure that you are happy.
I think the most important factor is to become mentally independent. Become comfortable with yourself, for better or worse. It makes life a lot easier. Second, don't care what people think about you. That is much more difficult for some rather than others, but trust me, it is important.
And then make standards for yourself, instead of focusing on what you can do to get a female to notice you, make them have to hit come to you.
And the whole, becoming friends with them, then building a relationship, may sound great in theory. But you will be put in the friend zone so many times that it becomes an uphill battle. Basically, what I am saying is, look out for you, love yourself and let whatever happens, happen.MLB: Minnesota Twins
