I've been to tons of Blackhawks games and nothing really compares to watching hockey live. It's really fast paced and has tons of non stop action, hits, jukes, dekes, and GOALS. Of course all of the action is more exciting and amplified during the playoffs. I absolutely love it.

I can't wait to check out a game in Canada. I'd love to go to Vancouver, Toronto, Winnipeg, or Montreal to check out a game.

I saw my first NHL game in October in Nashville (I'm a Pens fan though, so I was rooting for the enemy). It was so much better in person, even though hockey is just fine on TV.

I've still got to work it out with my brother (who lives in Pittsburgh) to get to a Pens game there.

Yeah, it sucks that the north can't really enjoy college baseball because it's honestly only behind college football in terms of the quality of product and fun.

Colorado has gone through a stretch of May type weather unseen since the 30s. Sitting watching February college baseball in 60-70 degree weather is surreal. So I totally understand your comment. Leads me to have always wondered why there has always been a rush to get baseball started when the seasons will be done in May/June without even playing in July. That goes for college and high school.

I've been to a Carolina Hurricanes game, Charlotte Hornets game, and two NC State basketball games including last night against VT. Going to another Hornets game in April.

Here is a pic of the game last night.

                          And from the Hornets game.

NIT 1st round, Pitt vs. George Washington. A (very) disappointing crowd to witness a disappointing end to a disappointing season.

Cricket World Cup Semi Final - Australia v India - at the Sydney Cricket Ground last Thursday:

Despite being played in Australia, the crowd was probably 75-80% Indian supporters...me and my dad were winners either way considering we ae Indians with Aussie citizenship Those majority were left disappointed as Australia won comfortably and went on to beat New Zealand just as easily in yesterday's Final.
