I am currently a meteorology major, although I'm probably switching to Economics next semester.

With that being said, I've already taken Calculus I, II, and III, Physics I/II, Chemistry 101/201, etc.

I watch Big Bang Theory. Does that count???

Seriously I was horrible at science all throughout my school years. Definitely respect the folks that understand science. To me was just way to confusing and a lot of really big words.

Yeah, I have a Masters in human genetics. Trying to find a research coordinator position in a clinical setting atm. So yeah, I'm totally a science nerd.

I am an operator/instructor at a nuclear power plant and my wife is an engineering student. Needless to say we talk about science every once in a while in my house.

Besides talking about nuclear reactors and how they work I really enjoy talking about electronics.

This is the only thread in the history of OS that I feel too dumb to participate.

I am interested in astronomy, no colleges near me offer any courses in it so am out of luck there. Also bought a telescope last year so now it's one of my favorite hobbies.

Seriously, I was a Meteorology major at the University of Missouri years ago, but I found Statistics and Physics to difficult. Still love being an amateur meteorologist though.

Nerd right here. Loved Math and Physics until I got to Calc 2 and Phys 2 in college, made me feel like an idiot and lost all of my confidence. I still like reading and learning about science, and I wish I could continue taking science and math classes, but my GPA will evaporate if I do.

I also love The Big Bang Theory (the show lol )

Currently working towards my masters in statistical theory mostly just because. I have a bachelor's in computer science and statistics, but i've found that while i'm a fantastic programmer, i have way more fun crunching numbers.

Kind of wanted to share this picture I took of Saturn the other night. All I use is my telescope and iPhone, also used a editing program just to fix the brightness and contrast settings.

I've always loved astronomy. I just took an Astronomy class this year in high school and loved it. There is nothing more amazing and more beautiful than looking at the night's sky.
