                A small cup of Berry Blue Emergen-C.

                I don't even really care about the vitamin C since I think it's been proven these don't really prevent colds, but the buzz you get when you can drink the entire packet in a few gulps is nice. Good energy rush.

                    I would not listen to any of these studies that try and tell you vitamins don't prevent this or that. Especially when most are funded by big pharmaceutical companies.

                    For thousands of years vitamins have proven vital. And there is no denying we are getting malnourished in that department with major vitamin deficiencies.

                    And there have been independent studies to show holistic healing and cancer fighting, tumor shrinking, and curing with super heavy doses of vitamin C treatments. Stuff those patented drug companies fight to deny.

                    Now synthetic cheap vitamins that are all over Wal-Mart, etc. you need to watch out for. They may not do as much as the real deal in fruits, vegetables, and the sun.

                    Anyhow. Drinking good ole filtered H2O.
