Of course he loves it.......Let me know how much you love it after he tries to go after other targets besides a tin can...Like neighbors cats, moving cars, or better yet.....The infamous stone lottery where he launches a rock in a random direction and waits to hear what sound it makes......

Every kid who saw Home Alone 2 wanted one of these. My mom got me one that year and it was a blast!

Never thought to ask for that. It looked cool in the movie no doubt, but seeing it the stores left me slightly disappointed. We had a Yak Bak though haha.
Hell, I remember when going to town with Mom on Saturday was a big thing. Action figures were $5 and we'd be allowed to pick out one. Of course I always went for Batman.
I don't remember the name exactly so people are gonna have to assist me on this one, but anybody remember the commercials of the kids playing in the "caged arena" with the spinning razor top things? I always thought the commercials were hilarious.

Not sure if these were what you meant, but I remember Spin Fighters. They spun in an arena thing. I remember I had Power Rangers Spin Fighters. Amazing how toys like this could keep you occupied. lol.

Re: Toys/Games from the Past
Total cost $3.99 + a pile of sand.......Thousands of hours of fun.
The sand box. The kids down the street had a huge sandbox. It would be common for 10 kids to be playing there when we took a break from wiffle ball. Literally every summer day had at least 8 hours of wiffle ball and sandbox time.
I can't even tell you how many hours we spent in the sandbox with our toy soldiers. We would build huge forts and throw big marbles at the forts until the soldiers were all knocked down and the fort in ruins.
One summer we all built baseball stadiums. Amazing what you can build with sand, water, and shoe boxes. we had stands full of those fisher price people peg people and made up some rules using a marble and those short straws that went on bike spokes.
