The only problem I can see in the future is when he asks you for a favor, and you say no, he can be all like "but I sent you free games!"

For the record I emailed him again just to ask him Why/How am I getting these games and if what he was doing was illegal because I wanted no parts of it but I still wanted to know how in the hell was he doing it?

He didn't give me a clear cut answer but assured me that he was "Legit". He then said he went ahead and sent me the games because I inquired about them. STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never asked about Borderlands 2 but I do recall mentioning XCOM so he assumed I wanted it. WTF??? He then said just pay him $60 for the games. To be honest I have no problem shooting him the $60. If this guy has the faith in me to advance me a game which is what he felt he had done in regards to XCOM I don't have a problem paying him in good faith. Hell I think its cool that he did front me the game as he said and then to only ask for $60.

I'm sure some of you will call this a scam but I really don't believe it is. Maybe he just really screwed up which in the back of my mind I still somewhat question what happened but if this guy will send me a game and trust me to pay him whenever? I'm keeping this dude as my "ACE IN THE HOLE"

Serious?? I don't have time to get involved with all that. I asked, he answered, I informed him that in the future any game that I wanted sent to me that I would request them so this won't happen in the future.

wow, give the guy my address! i'll take a copy of nba2k13... seriously though, the only concern i would have (since you kept proof of your email to him and his reply telling you to keep them) is that he has your address and could pay a visit...unless its a p.o. box.

hopefully its all legal and hes just being generous with no expectations to follow
