Just paid off my first fee bill at LSU using my first ever scholarship. Well, part of it, I still have ~600 left to blow on "books" (see: student football tickets).

Only time I can remember ever seeing a praying mantis in person was in 4th or 5th grade when there was one just chilling in my Aunt and Uncles yard as my cousins and I were leaving for school (They lived right across the street from us).
However, they seem to like the hang out at the Redskins stadium, at least when they are playing preseason games against the Steelers. The last 2 times the Steelers have played at Washington in the preseason at one point in the broadcast the camera showed a praying mantis. I don't think I'll be taking on any new shows this year. My DVR is already crammed full of each Fall and I really just need to give up on some. I mean, I've watched a lot of Bones, but I think it has about run its course for me. An hour or so a night would be easy to keep up with.Comment

Holy crap! Glad you're ok. That must have really intensified going across the border. Rolled through here as I was getting off work. Not much more than a ton of rain and a hell of a light show.I did. Nothing too bad around my house. In town though it looks like hell.
There was no tornado. The wind just blew that building over.
Apparently 60 to 80 mph winds, ****load of lightning, it was the most severe storm I've ever been a part of. Makes me glad I don't live in hurricane country.

The only show I'm excited to watch is Arrow since I enjoy (super)heroe/comic shows but perhaps I'll try to begin watching Breaking Bad since my brothers are trying to convince me to start watching it since it's so awesome. I'm more excited for football, basketball and futbol season to begin than shows though.
After watching like seven DC animated movies in the last week I can't decide which one is my favourite between Batman: Under The Red Hood or Return of the Joker, both are awesome as most of DC's movies.Comment
