The thing is, I know both of those players and knew I was ahead and probably had at least one of them dominated. The dude who shoved UTG could have had any two (I put him on exactly King high or Ace-rag) and the dude with the large stack is just a terrible player whose range was Q-10 through Ace-rag. If he had anything better he would have re-raised and not just cold called. I read the hand perfectly, just got sucked out on. It happens.

With the read that I had (which turned out to be almost exactly right) I made the right play a million times out of a million when you look at the odds.

You are complaining about being given a softball question like that? **** you. On my last interview (for the job I currently have) they wanted me to whiteboard a "simple" Storage Area Network (SAN). That was the very first question.

Well at least that pertains to your work lol. I'm presuming, anyway.

The question is pointless, that's the point of what I'm saying.

Best Buy has a $50 off $100 purchase promotion going today if you have a Mastercard (or buy a prepaid MasterCard) The coupon is legit but looks like BB is shortening it to today only. YMMV as to how they interpret it. At my BB I was told it had to be a single item at least $100

Few people been lucky to get gift cards (which coupon doesn't have on the exclusions list) Some people have actually paid with a Visa credit card instead.

The questions that are asked at job interviews are ****ing dumb. Who came up with this crap anyway?

Today I was asked "where do you see yourself in a year and three to five years?" What, you don't care about how I see myself in two years? As if this is some special position I can make a career out of. Dumb. Dumb dumb dumb. And pointless. This whole system needs to be revamped.

Should have said I see myself in Texas.

So I have a bit of a weird story that you could file under Odd Findings.

I walked into the Bathroom in my Local Barnes 'N Nobles Cafe Bookstore (there's one right next to my workplace so I'm frequently in there to sit down order something, read for a bit. Now when I walk in there I always seem to find some kind of erotic swimsuit, or lingerie magazine tucked away lying under a stall, or next to a toilet seat with scantily clad women in it. I guess a lot of perverts go to that Bookstore? Like c'mon dude you really have to do it in a Bookstore, you can't wait?

But today I saw something else.... Laying on top of a folded down Baby station was a Thick Novel I can't remember the Title word for word but it was a long the lines of "The Couples Guide for Achieving the Perfect Orgasm". I didn't dare touch it but it had to be like 200+ pages.. I was standing there perplexed going "Wtf, who takes the time to bring this in? they must have needed to go on a serious dookie." My only thought was taking a whizz ASAP and GTFO as quick as possible.

I think I'm scarred now, at least from going back to that Barnes 'N Noble.

I despise corporate mandated questions for interviews.

They are terrible and do very little in regards to evaluating someone's ability to do a job.

It's always better to just sit and get to know someone and judge people's ability based on that that ask some dumb *** questions that have nothing to do with anything. Keep it casual, keep people comfortable and they will tell you everything you need to know.

My interview with my current job was a breeze.

They have a home office that asks a few questions and then the GM, SM, etc. in the dealership (including myself) are asked to speak to potential new hires to see how we all feel about someone.

No gimmicks or bs questions.. it's all on the GM.
$500.00 referral bonus if we refer someone and they get hired, as well.. lol
