So I gave up on backing up all my ps3 games to me computer, its gonna be an over time thing. I have most of them done, but in my browsing found a tool that was released today for those on custom firmware...

You can take all your PlayStation 1 backups and make them an installable package, so you can play your ps1 games straight from the XMB. There goes any free time I was thinking of having.

Playing through Suikoden II again right now. PSX was the glory days of video gaming, in my opinion. I think as graphics progressed, less attention was paid to gameplay (of course this is generally speaking - there are still some great games that come out now.)

Edit: I think that's another reason you see a lot of developers for RPG/StrategyRPG games adopting the handheld market more and more.

Waking up to 3-6 inches of just snow instead of the 1-3 or 2-4 with rain mix.

I think this is the most we've gotten this season. It snowed a lot this winter, just never all at once. And rain usually followed.

All I wanted was one decent snow fall (yeah I'll take this) and then warmer weather. It's heating up next week. For now, I'll enjoy this!

You're right, as can be seen by the resale value of some PS1 games. I'm going to dump my PS1 library over the summer and estimate I get close to $1500. I have some classic black label games that are going for 40 to 50 dollars each.

Can't say I'm surprised. I have a few friends who are U of M fans and some of them really wanted him gone. But honestly, he has done some really nice things with that program, which wasn't great when he signed on, so I'm disappointed by the news.
