I remember watching the first couple of seasons of Pokemon and enjoying it but I still preferred much more Spiderman, X- Men and Batman; those were great shows.

The government never seems to be there when you need it. I've been trying to call this case worker regarding taking out money for my trip on Sunday but i've not gotten an answer....Oh but if you're late on any kind of payments they'll sic collectors on your butt.

No idea. But I was about 11/12 when I first heard of it.

I'm in a class w/ 3 seniors who are done w/ all their stuff for the year. They're playing on their DS's. I'm playing Goldeneye on my laptop. I'm looking up every minute or so to make sure no one has a phone out recording me.

Any car people in here? My car smells like poop on the inside. I cleaned it out real well and it's not all the time. I did some Google searching and came across a couple of different answers. Most say the ventilator system, maybe mold?. Some say there is a spray I can buy, I don't know. I am stupid when it comes to cars.

That **** was a little too nerd for me.

I was all about Pokemon, if you were cool you had to have Pokemon. Granted I was in like 1st or 2nd grade when my mom bought me the Gameboy Color with Pokemon Yellow(best gift I may have ever gotten). The show was good as a kid, but I remember I stopped caring once they left the original area.

Yugioh(or whatever) was cool when I was in 5th grade, that was really the only card game I ever played. DBZ was the **** too, but I never knew there were like cards.

Speaking of Superman, etc. cartoons I noticed that Netflix has the Justice League cartoon that Cartoon Network used to run. That **** was awesome back in the day.

Netflix has been adding more and more Comic related cartoons. I started watching some of it like Batman Beyond (little too futuristic, but still solid).

I've been playing too much NHL and Sleeping Dogs lately. I've had more down time than usual and the gf has been out of town some. I'm not usually one to complain, but I seem to put more thought into **** like that now that I know I'll be headed to Great Lakes, Illinois in November.

I wish we could get a EASHL team started for NHL 13. I'm not the best, but It's a lot of fun.

I won't have any free time for a long time.

The weather is going to stink for the long weekend. All week it was hot and humid, but come Saturday we're looking at 52 w/ rain and 59 and cloudy on Sunday. Monday is calling for 70 and sunny, though. Maybe we'll head to Newport for the day or something.

This year is the first Memorial Day weekend I can remember were no one is throwing any kind of get together. Not any friends or relatives.

Well if you feel like traveling to North/Central Alabama, you're welcome to celebrate with my friends and family on the lake. I had to make a few calls about getting a hog to cook in the ground. Apparently it was my responsibility and no one told me until Friday.

I know people always start getting in the water around Memorial Day, but I think it's going to be too cold this year.. I'll probably still jump in at least once. I would like to do a little wakeboarding.

It's nice working somewhere that recognizes Memorial day. I spent years in fast food and retail and they couldn't care less.

edit: I would say BYOB, but I don't think that will be a problem at all.

Lol, I'm sure it's funny reading those post and then seeing me post about games I'm playing.

I play them during my planning period. I don't teach a real core class, so if I don't have any IEPs due, I literally have nothing to do. I play them during my study hall period b/c well, it's study hall. Today, I was watching someone else's class and was told they had nothing to do except graduate.

I'm pretty sure I would've been fired by now if I were playing them during class.

My workload in class is directly related to the workload put on the students. W/ the year practically done, the kids don't have much work. W/ all IEPs done and the kids not having a lot of work, my job had become very enjoyable the last week or so.
