Her training is almost complete. Soon she will be one with the force.

Well hey, not to get into this too deep, but a Reuben could put up a fight there.

Well unless you are eating Shrimp Creole every day, I'd say a woman's ability to make a quality sammich is much more integral in her becoming "one with the force".

The perfect blend of condiment and meat is not something that is just learned, it takes a special caliber of female to perfect and hone the craft of sammich construction.

I know you are joking (I think), but you aren't too far off.

While on my way to work, I got behind a Chevy Aveo with a "My other ride is a Firebolt" and an "I <3 My Pomeranian" sticker.

I wonder what GIGGAS was doing in Birmingham.

She's made enough for me to know she likes being in the kitchen. We also cook a lot together which has been nice as I enjoy cooking, but don't enjoy the clean-up.

My wife will make me a sammich anytime but she's horrible at it.

She slathers condiments on like she's repairing asphalt, rations the meat and cheese like we're hunkered down in a cellar during the 7th week of the apocalypse and always gives me Chicago Bear Defense bread. (It's old and crusty with big holes in it.)

My girlfriend goes to Subway and complains about not getting enough meat and having to pay for the extra that she feels should be on there. LOL.

                        I think I'm good.

My wife has almost got my sandwiches down. Sometime she'll ask for a refresher, but she knows the basics

Like on a Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich do not add mayo, but on an egg and cheese mayo is a must. Also if a sandwich has cheese and mayo you have to make sure that the cheese is on the mayo side of the bread. I don't know why, but it taste better that way.

The other day she was making two BLT's for me and I caught her taking out the first two pieces of toast and making the first sandwich with them. Which is a mistake. Every man knows that for efficiency purposes you should take the first two pieces toast and add your meat, veggies and condiments on both slices that way when your other two pieces of toast are done you place them on top of your already prepared sandwiches and you're ready to eat (rather than wait on another sandwich to be prepared).

I had a talk with her about it and she understands now, but I'll be sure to keep an eye on her the next time she makes me a sandwich
