Re: Off Topic 2013
Story:
SpoilerIn the mail from this past weekend is a notice from the complex management company detailing its policies regarding pets. In it the manager states pretty basic, common sense stuff regarding pet ownership such as follows:
1. Persons who walk pets are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets and discarding securely bagged pet droppings in the trash dumpster.
2. Pets must be confined to the pet owner's unit and must not be allowed to roam free or be tethered. Pets in transit are to be carried, restrained by a leash, or placed in an animal carrier. Pets can be exercised outside on a leash.
Please ensure that you adhere to these rules, we also ask that you only take your dog to the bathroom at either end of the property and not off the balcony areas or in the mulch bets out front.
The letter is post marked June 4th.
My neighbors "regular routine" is to open the door and let the animals run out and use the bathroom/sniff around wherever they want. If they know that I'm outside on my patio they will stay and watch the dogs, but I've never seen these things on a leash since they moved in.
Question:
SpoilerI kind of feel inclined to be a total dick and nark my neighbors out. Maybe it would get rid of having a big pickup idling right outside my window for 20 minutes in the winter (no exaggeration). The only thing really holding me back is the fact that they are an end unit and therefore I'm really the only person that would probably tattle on them therefore making the point of anonymity moot.
What are your guys' thoughts on this?

Thinking about seeing a Doctor about my Wrist.
I hurt my Right hand Lifting weights about a month ago, it's the Right wrist on the pinky side, directly above the 'Bony' part of the Wrist. It's healed a little bit, but there's still some slight pain (discomfort) when I twist my wrist in the manner of say turning a doorknob, or opening a jar.
There's no swelling so I don't think it's a fracture, more likely a Strain, Sprain, or possibly Nerve Damage? Also would a small Stress Fracture swell up and be noticeable in that area? Just wondering if anyone who's injured their hand before knows.Minnesota Vikings

Re: Off Topic 2013
Toronto has to have the biggest "fan passion to city success" ratio in the history of sports cities. Passion wise, up there with a city like Boston. Success wise, up(or down, depending on how you look at things) there with a city like Cleveland.
I wish one season, Toronto fans would just let the city have it. But unfortunately, there's too many people willing to go to games, that even if like 30,000 people want to do something about it, there's still 20,000+ people willing to go to games.
But when majority of your city(and country for that matter) is owned by 2 companies, Toronto is basically like a dictatorship sports city. Fans are just supposed to sit down, shut up, and accept whatever product the teams put out for the fans to watch.Comment
