LMAO. As I'm walking into the building, I see a student walking along the side listening to her MP3 player. As I get closer, I hear her singing. It was the worst **** I've ever heard lol! Terrible. Turrible. I walked in the building cracking up.

So I seen on the news this 14 yr old boy in Florida was slammed to the ground and arrested at a beach for giving the cops a dehumanizing stare. Apparently the boy was rough housing with another boy and was walking with his puppy in his arms when the cops pulled up to him and asked him where his mother was at. The boy pulled away and kept walking, when that happened the cops sped up in their ATVs, cut him off, hopped out and slammed him to the ground.

One held him down in a choke hold and the other hand cuffed him. That boy was skinny as hell and was about average 14 yr old height. People better learn when a cop ask you something, you better just stop and stand perfectly still. Walking away and stuff of the like will only make the situation worse.

Had a girl in my high school who use to "rap" at every talent show, and she'd wear Florida Gator stuff because this kid she was in love with loved the Gators.

Quite possibly the worst thing I've ever heard.

Threw this concoction of ingredients together.

1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 Fiber One
1/4 cup blueberries
1 scoop chocolate whey protein

Surprisingly delicious. Never though of mixing whey protein and cottage cheese before. Hit the spot!

Also strange about today, I saw a lot of guys with shirts from places like UMass Lowell, Buffalo University, Purdue, and whatever the hell Missouri S&T is and I had no clue why.

Turns out it's for some National Bridge Building competition. Considering what happened last week, maybe they got here a bit too late.

The positive for today is that even though it is still 60 something degrees, there were short shorts and low cut shirts galore because Washingtonians take what they can get.

The S&T in Missouri S&T stands for Science and Technology, and the school was formerly known as the University of Missouri at Rolla (and that was off the top of my head. )

And I'm sitting here in Iowa and I've got shirts from Jacksonville State (AL), Old Dominion, SUNY Cortland, Florida Gulf Coast, Virginia, Nebraska (understandable), Iowa, ISU, and UNI, the last three of which make sense, the rest don't really.
