I just want to tell all the people that write those how to teach books to go to hell.

So if the minimum is 2.5 quarters (about an hour and a half), and you list 18 games on 9/1, you watched 27 hours of football that day?

Confused on the specifics, but still, that is an insane amount of football.

On the other hand, I've watched about a game and a half of bowl season. Just not too interested. I'll be watching tonight though. Go Irish!

^ screw your Irish, go jump in a lake.

I'm w/ Watson's football lifestyle. I would usually watch College Gameday and continue to watch football until the last game was over, which was at about 1am, I believe. So football from 10am-1am.

Multiple screens. TV and two laptops. Not all of them have sound going.

I remember when TLC used to air a show that would chronicle an actual operation from start to finish. Let's just say my stomach would flop every time I ran into that show.

Or you know, he could actually record the games and watch at his leisure some other time

I have my laptop hooked up to my tv and usually had two games going on that tv. I have a second tv w/ antennae hooked up also. I'd usually have 3 games going at once.

Sometimes confusing figuring out which game had the commentary going.

Yup. But most of the time I keep sound on, just lower than what's on the TV. If I mute it completely then I tend to forget all about it, what with ADD and all.

Well in that case I admire your dedication Watson. You probably forget more about football today than most people know.

It must be nice to be home every Saturday to watch football..

I've worked almost every Saturday of football season. It's not like I've missed anything with Auburn, anyways..

I did watch most games at work, but it's easier when I'm home and can drink my sorrows away.

There's nothing else I could be but a teacher. Weekends off. Free evenings. Winter, spring, and summer break. I don't think I could handle working a real job everyday.

Yeah, but then there's that whole dealing with kid's thing that must really, really suck.

A question for the bibliophiles on here, has anyone used this site: Abebooks to buy new and used books? I'm thinking of tracking down some older books over the course of the year to read.
