    Re: Off Topic 2013

Someone at work was talking about magic and tricks and I speak up abprutly and say " Its not a trick. A trick is something a whore does for money. Its an illusion".

Judging from the reaction, no one here watches Arrested Development.

So I couldn't last without my PC games. I played quite a bit of the 2 Gameboy Color Zeldas they released on the 3DS store yesterday (Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages.) I had forgotten how truly fantastic those were.

So here I am, on my laptop that doesn't have a battery downloading Steam games. Sword of the Stars: The Pit is quite a fun little time waster.

Just heard on the radio Mookie Blaylock is in critical condition after a head on collision.

        Thoughts and prayers.

Man, video games just are not fun to me anymore. I miss the days when I could turn on my xbox and play for hours and hours. I try to play now and within 20 minutes I am bored and ready to turn it off.

Plus all of my friends are busy tonight, so I have been sitting in a chair pretty much staring at a wall for the last few hours with nothing to do. Wish I could play some xbox and get lost for a few hours like I used to, but I just can't anymore.

I'm afraid of bears the way you guys are afraid of spiders.

Side note, I was watching these huge geese today while I was walking the dog, I can't remember seeing geese of that size before, it was nuts, then I saw a flash out of my peripheral view, turned and saw a huge deer sprinting across the field, maybe 50 feet from us. It was pretty cool.

See bears in your back yard in Vermont on a daily basis. So it is to the point I am quite use to them by now, especially cubs like this one was. Majority of the time they won't come near you though. He was 15 feet away, walked towards him, he took off running back into the woods.

I'm still scared to death of them, I remember going to Yellowstone with the family when I was young, venturing into some wooded trail and getting terrified just by sound of rustling leaves lol,

Never seen a bear in the wild, but bobcats/panthers scare the **** out of me. In a zoo they are awesome tho.

We used to see bears up at our cabin (which was just an A Frame with no running water) all the time. I was only scared once and that's when mama and her cubs came rolling through real close to us. Anything with mama and cubs around is scary. Otherwise it was always cool to see. I miss that cabin/land.

Edit: Also, These Google card things are crazy. I haven't touched my tablet for a couple weeks (nor my phone for much other than Tapatalk.). I just turned on my tablet and I have 3 cards for tracking the replacement parts I ordered, one for ffxiv searches, another for marvel heroes searches and (obviously) the sports ones I set up. Pretty awesome/scary.

If you're single and on a losing streak with women, go to a gym and hit on a cute, but slightly chubby girl who's working out. If she's dedicated to working out, you get in on the ground floor before she gets a body and moves onto dating professional athletes and her self esteem will be so low that she'll be willing to go out with anyone. You're welcome.

I've seen 2 bears in the wild in West Virginia when I was there on vacation about 2 weeks ago. But they were so far away that it wasn't a big deal at all, so I don't know if I am afraid of a bear or not.

I also saw a rattle snake down there and was about 3 feet away from it. I was on a four wheeler so I was pretty safe from it, but it was still scary sitting there all coiled up rattling and staring me down. I'm not used to snakes, here in mid Ohio all we have are gardener snakes.
