I know there was a Chili's discussion somewhere in the Neighborhood recently, so I feel compelled to tell everyone that I just used their online ordering for the first time. Been there a couple times, no complaints it's good for the style that it is.

I have this craving for ribs though and it was the first thing to pop up in my mind that is still appropriate to order at 9pm on a Sunday night.

Mix and match, half original half Memphis dry rub. My girl is fiending for the queso, too. I'm excited.

Guess whose gonna tip the to-go person?

He lives in Delaware. Although you can get some decent BBQ around here, they aren't viable options at 9 PM on a Sunday night usually.

Speaking of BBQ up here. There is this place on the MD-DE state line people keep telling me I need to try since I'm from Memphis. One of these days I'll get around to it.

I really never buy BBQ related items at restaurants, it's never really as satisfying as when I make it myself.

I like Chilli's Memphis Dry Rub ribs, but I agree they aren't the bees knees or anything.

I typically go to Chilli's for Platinum Presidente Margaritas, Queso, and Club Tacos.

I prefer smoking and bbqing my own ribs. We have a smoker made out of an old air compressor. It works awesome. We make our own grills lol.

2nd, isn't it illegal to pick up, butcher, and consume roadkill? Pretty sure it's illegal in PA at least.

Random roadkill, yes.

If someone hits a deer though, the sheriff or whoever gets called let's you keep it after the accident report gets filed. It's awesome when it's not hunting season and you get to bring a deer home because of an accident.
