Another Mullaly fact. She is married to Nick Offerman (Ron Swanson).

I thought the first season of 24 was excellent. The rest, not so much.

As for Seinfeld I have to say that show captured the zeitgeist of the '90s. It's not a timeless show in the way that a lot of other groundbreaking shows have been because it captures so much of the attitude feel of the decade.

That being said there are a handful of episodes that are funny regardless of context.

I will certainly concede that the Elaine Dance is a singular moment in television history....as timeless as the Carlton Dance.

How is it possible that I'm more sore today than I was yesterday ?

I dropped a bottle of water when I got out of the truck at work. It rolled under the truck and I tried reaching for it and just couldn't do it. I decided that It was a lost cause and left it.

I still don't think my boss knows I won't be here Saturday.

I'm supposed to help set up for a cfb kickoff party at the dealership Saturday.

We're moving red and blue cars together, using window paint/chalk to write on them, putting up a pop up tent and grilling. Sounds like a waste of time to me.. most sane Alabama and Auburn fans will be at home or at the game.

Well considering both games are in the afternoon/evening, pretty sure there are at least some people who won't pass up on free food the rest of the day. You are supposed to be a Blazers fan any way. Support your local team! *sarcasm*

I don't know how many, but it sucks that more aren't. You'd get crazy big reactions on some shows cause it had a real audience. Though negative of real audience is that with bloopers,it could kill audience reactions to some moments. Also, I hate those studio audiences with "that girl", the one who has to go "AWWWW" or GASP really loudly, during serious type of moments. Maybe it's just me, but anytime I hear abunch of girls in the studio audience of a show I'm watching go "AWWW", I just laugh at them.

I still dont get what makes HIMYM so great. Typical CBS puzzling me on how they get so many viewers.

Only difference between friends and HIMYM is the narrator. If they called that show Friends and never stressed the whole "This is the story of how I met your mother" thing it would be the same show.
The thing about TV shows today is that there's alot of people who love them, but there's also alot of people who hate them. Look at tv ratings for shows like Idol,Big Bang Theory,Survivor. LOTS of people watch those shows, but LOTS of people hate those shows too.

And HIMYM might have been diff(not story wise, just fan reaction wise) if the show wasn't stating from the start that it'd be all about how he met the mother. Cause then people would be getting tired after a while of him not meeting the mother and stuff. If it was just a normal show, where you never knew how Ted would end up, the ending could be alot bigger. Like the show still goes about the same, and ends the exact same, it just leads to diff fan reactions of people not being like "It took 9 years to say how he met their mother?!"

Imagine how diff Friends would be viewed as if the show was narrated by Ross and it was called something like "How I Married Your Mother"(for the 2nd time technically lol) and people knew from the start that it'd end with Ross-Rachel settling down.

The best use of a "live audience" over-dub is The Flintstones and other cartoons. I just always found it humorous in those shows, but largely annoying on live-action shows.

I swear before Da Czar started posting in the NBA 2K forum, hardly anybody in that forum was saying "sim" or "fam". Now it seems like everybody in there overly use the word "fam" and "sim" in every sentence they type it seems. It makes that forum pretty hard to go into because they use that word so damn much.

Another annoying thing about that forum is that people seem to love to one up each other in there in everything they do. It is like they suffer from that hey everybody come look at me syndrome. Over the years I seen people make one slider or roster thread, it don't get enough attention, they will quit that thread, make another one with a different title, but still be the same stuff. Hell last year alone I seen one guy make 7 threads saying the stuff, just a different title trying to get attention. And when they get tired of making new threads and they don't be the center of attention, they simply quit working on their rosters or sliders.

Come to think of it, the only forums I've been in recently are the Neighborhood, WWE, Non-Sports, and our forum for our Online Dynasty.

There's a thread in the 2K13 Roster subforum about who the best roster maker is and some of the users who were left out went off about it.
