Apparently the one I linked to has things that you can turn off so you're not visible to them.

I guess the problem is that it doesn't pick up radar detectors, but radar detector hits. So if you're the only one on the road and it goes off, chances are they hit you. It's already too late.

But if you have even just a few other cars around you and the thing has a two mile radius, I think that's a pretty good thing for you to want to know about. I mean it's not a matter of going 100 MPH, but you want to go 78 MPH in a 65 MPH zone and you don't want some prick in a speed trap to get you, that's good enough for me.

What about "Speed detected by aircraft" areas, though? Hmm...

Good question, where I live they have going with the flow of traffic. So if you traveling with other cars and everybody else doing 80 mph, cops don't care, they consider it going with the flow of traffic.

Over the summer I was driving to Maine, it was a state trooper and 5 other cars on the highway going 100 mph. It was a weird experience. We drove a good 20 miles before we came upon other cars and had to slow down to 75 mph.

That is the one thing I do love about up here. Highways be barren and wide open majority of the time. So people routinely do 80 to 110 mph. Some spots up here the speed limit is 70 mph anyway.

No idea what to do with this whole "girl with a boyfriend" situation. I'm in way too deep.

Put up with it for a long time, eventually get mad about it, hate yourself, become distant, slowly break off contact.

That's been my playbook.

Might as well do it now and get it over with instead of torturing yourself for over a week. Hiding from the outcome does not change it!

But the main reason I wanna wait a week is just so that if something bad does happen, I won't ruin Christmas season for myself like I did last year. Don't wanna go through that again. But like you said, it'll torture me not knowing.

I've had the same feeling. I looked at mine not too long ago, while not happy, just relieved that I didn't fail. The thing I hate is dealing with my mom basically complaining about me to do better and get perfect on everything. It's annoying, because it's losing the motivational aspect and more over-pushing me(which is something she hates when my dad would over-push her on exercising.)

I just hate how this class is though. If I get a 50 and pass the exam, I finish with at least an average in the mid-high 70s. If I get a 49 and fail the exam, I finish with an average below 50.....

Unfortunately stuff like that has happened to me before and it sucks,cause if we were going by weighted average, I'd have finished the class with good mark, but because of the rule, it really hurt me. So I don't wanna have to go through that again. Truly was the worst feeling I ever had in all my years ever at school.

Oh yes it does. Happened to me a couple months ago.

Of course, I was the guy who she left.
