Yesterday got a little out of hand with alcohol consumption. My aunt gave me a bunch of free liquor and I decided to do a shot sampler platter with 1800 tequila, Maker's Mark, Goldschlager, Smirnoff, and Captain with a glass of wine mixed in. My friends and I were ****housed.

Nothing of note really happened. We're still talking, but I'm inching closer to "abandon ship" mode.

Question for people with Macs....

How do I fix mine not always loading up a page/images/Youtube videos instantly? Like for example there will be times I type in youtube.com and the page will just hang there half-loaded. Or when someone embeds a video, I'll try to play it but just get an error message and have to click on the video to take me to the Youtube page it's from, where I also have to refresh the page after it first opens because it hangs there as well.

I have Flash and all that good stuff, so I don't know what the issue is. It's done this ever since I first had it.

So Mel has started watching Intervention. Normally I tune this stuff out and just play a game and ignore the TV... but man one of these episodes had me cracking up.

There was this chick (Allison) that was huffing that spray dust cleaner stuff. She had overly large anime type eyes, her sister was almost the spitting image of a young Ally Sheedy and they'd go through this over and over again during her interviews where she'd be talking about these truly serious subjects (molestation, abandonment, etc.) and she'd stare her large eyes into the camera and all of a sudden from the side/bottom of the screen would come the can and she'd huff it (while still staring into the camera.)

I lost it every time I saw it, the scenes were just so comical. It was literally non-stop for her. She said she routinely went through 10-12 cans a day.

Also, the first Simpsons episode where they get Santa's Little Helper was always depressingly hilarious and uplifting to me as a kid.

That chick is from Newport, RI. I managed to find her Facebook page back in the day to thank her for the laughs, but she ended up blocking me.
