    ^ Yes, that.

Although I do question why wait three years to do this. I mean I understand in the sense that it has received so much money, but it kind of seems "too late" in the sense that a judge should say: "Why didn't you come out with this sooner?" It's not like they just heard her song for the first time.

^^^ Man the look on the husband's face. I don't know if he's disgusted or wants to just kill someone. I couldn't imagine.

This is not as much in the WTF department for headlines/stories as it is for ad placement in relation to the story:

              Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting.

And the worst part is that taxpayers will have to pay for a trial and probably mental evaluations for these two "people". Then taxpayers will pay for whatever jail time they get.

Whereas instead, we should just spend the money on two bullets, one for each of them, and truly let the punishment fit the crime.

Sad thing is that didn't even make me say wtf. Stuff like that is so ****ing commonplace now it's ridiculous. I'm gonna go to my grave never understanding what makes people do stuff like that(and yes I understand some people are sick in the head or "mentally insane" and they don't think normal but then I just wonder why? What happened in their life to make them that way and go off the deep end like that?).

I wish I had more info because this just doesn't make sense to me. Did this couple literally leave a baby in a swing until it died, and then continue on for another week? How does this happen? I'm assuming there's tons of meth involved, but I feel like I'm missing something, it's not really adding up to me

It is an odd way of killing a baby... But that's what I assume, probably didn't want to take care of the baby or have the money to do it or something and chose that as the easy way out. Obviously assumptions though.

I wanna hear the excuse though, did this couple purposely leave the kid in a swing thinking it would be safe there alone at the house while they went out and scored or tried to take care of whatever business they needed, things went catastrophically wrong for them, they couldn't return home for a week, and by the time they got back it was too late? I'm guessing that'd be the best case they could come up with, regardless of how flawed it would be.

I just don't want to imagine people sitting around a house with their own baby dying and not giving a damn. Give it up for adoption or something if you don't want to take care of it. Idunno how **** works, maybe they had warrants and home birthed it and were scared to have their names out there for some adoption paperwork. Hell, put it in a basket and drop it on someone's porch as a last result if **** is that bad for you. It's also kinda sad that I want to know, but I do.

If your scenario in the first paragraph were true I'd think they could at the very least get ahold of someone, anyone, to go check on the baby for them. The parents getting kidnapped or some crazy **** is about the only thing I can think of as a reason for why the kid was just left there and no one attended to him. But yeah we're all guessing at this point.

Yep, it would definitely be a flawed story. Also I should point out I'm not actually looking for a justifiable excuse for them lol (not that you were suggesting I was, but in general I wanted to put it out there), in fact I'd like to leap over the whole excuse process and understand from their minds how this happened, and why they did whatever they did (or didn't do).

I think they should be forced to look at a picture of their dead baby every day for the rest of their hopefully short lives.

Given their lack of compassion for a defenseless/innocent child and the manner in which they neglected this child resulting in death, I don't believe that having them look at a picture of their dead baby is going to have any adverse effect on them.

They didn't give a damn prior, I don't see them giving a damn now.
