Paying more than $10 is a waste of money.

There is a Mexican restaurant in the area that you can get a delicious t-bone steak and a bunch of stuff to make burritos for $9.50.

I used to think that too. In the last year I've had a $30 filet and tonight had a $44 16oz ribeye. The fat on it was more tender than the best $10 steak. I came up with $25 because a steak that big I would pay for once a year. Luckily tonight it was free.

        There's a local steakhouse here (Shaw's) that does their Filet's perfect. It's either a 6/8(don't remember which)oz. or a 12 oz.

I always get the 12 oz, and it's like a little mound of heaven on my plate. Prices aren't too outrageous for out here, it's somewhere around 35-40 dollars. Haven't ever had a steak as good as that one in my life. Everything from the char on it to the done-ness (probably not a word.)

It's pretty much the only place I will order a filet from.

I've had plenty of steaks that would be up there in price, but I never paid that price. I worked at Giant Eagle and I was that guy that priced things down, a lot. I just can't justify spending more then $10 on a steak, and that's because it comes with all the **** to make burritos lol.

I lived off of Delmonico steaks for almost a year. Every single night for months. I won't deny the best steaks are the expensive ones.

I just won't spend tag price.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Steak for $9.50 is on the 5th slide.

I'm picky about steak...it's either Ruth's Chris or I'm making my own.

Going to a place next week for work where there is a $75 Kobe beef New York Strip... Luckily our vendor is paying for it (so in turn we are probably paying for it). Not sure if I wanna go chicken since I just had a steak or see what this Kobe beef is all about.

6oz Outback Special isn't bad for a sirloin steak, that plus loaded bake potato and a house salad for $10.

Sirloins are usually all I do at restaurants, if I want a ribeye, filet or NY Strip I grill them at home.

I've just never had one where the fat was worth eating. If you've had a high priced ribeye, it's full of fat, but that fat is like candy on a steak.
