Which bring me to yet another UC:

Turkey is vastly inferior than chicken, or even duck. The best cooked turkey isn't better than the worst piece of reheated gas station fried chicken. And stuffing is disgusting too. Hell, Thanksgiving itself is already overlooked by Christmas, I can't justify that. And to make matters worse, Thanksgiving means Finals are no more than a week away.

The only saving grace of Thanksgiving is pecan pie and NFL, which is a lesser product than college football. Had I expanded the list, it would be at 6.

Sounds like you've never had a good turkey before. Poor thing.

Plus, you're supposed to be a "Cajun" and no mention of Leftover Turkey Bone Gumbo?

I love the versatility of chicken, but turkey is just as good. For me its a push.

I advise you to get a turkey from here http://www.chrisspecialtymeats.com/ just to see if it's better than "the worst piece of reheated gas station fried chicken".

Also, since your a big chicken lover I would strongly suggest Shrimp and Rice Stuffed Chicken. If there's more than two people eating it, then you may want to get more than one.

Can't choose between the two, unless we're talking shredded turkey sandwiches from leftover turkey. Then that wins.

Also, Christmas > any holiday, unless there's no snow. So Christmas has sucked for at least 4 years now.

Stuffing/dressing is 2nd only to mac n cheese on the holiday sides power rankings.

Totally agree on mac n cheese. my sister in law does this twice baked 4 cheese mac n cheese that kills everything on the table. omg i need to back home
