What do you mean by format? I mean hashtags should go at the end and RT in front but I wouldn't say that's the right way it's just really annoying when you don't do that

Not sure what he means exactly, but it drives me crazy when people RT with quotes. Can be difficult to figure out who said what.

I deleted my twitter and Instagram because it was just too counter-productive for me(should give it a try, its relaxing). I'll get on Facebook every once in a while

I would add LinkedIn to the list. I doubt it would win this pole but considering the way of the world and the "skills" of everyone on this forum, LinkedIn should be part of your social site following.

I use none of the ones you listed except Facebook and really I just check it here and there to keep up with family and friends back home.

YouTube, though, I could spend all day on.

I use Facebook a little and LinkedIn even less. I've never used the others.

I used to use Facebook more, but then it just started to seem boring, monotonous, and pointless. I don't think I've posted anything aside from vacation photos in at least six months. I don't really have anything to say worthy of a status update, so why should I post one?

Facebook is what I use. Its actually more of habit that its the first thing I open online and minimize. I use it just to keep up with friends from high school whom I haven't seen since graduation day almost five years ago.
