I heard they played Sweet Caroline during the Yankee game in the Bronx tonight; a Boston Red Sox tradition. I heard they also did it in Cleveland. I saw a video and it was surreal seeing the NY crowd singing along.

Quite a few ballparks played Sweet Caroline at some point last night. Others played the theme song from Cheers. Touching gesture by all involved.

Took until yesterday for the bombing to really sink in and hit home. Like so many others around here I've been in the exact spot the explosion took place at some point. Be it to watch a friend or family member cross the finish line , or just enjoying the city on a nice day.

Report on the radio this morning had a commentator mentioning that despite the destructive force, if any of the backpack container was identified, DNA evidence could still potentially be obtained. If true.... amazing.

An arrest has been made in the Boston bombings investigation based on two videos showing images of the suspect, a federal law enforcement source told CNN's Fran Townsend.
