One cop on the scanner was pissed. He said law enforcement are trying to make some important communications with each other but it's not happening because the press is hindering their ability to effectively communicate. He didn't elaborate on that.

The media has been wrong about almost everything surrounding this case from the beginning. Wouldn't figure they would begin pulling it together at this late hour.

I thought you meant a Sandwich, Mass. Truck was coming in, you were talking about a canteen unit.

As for the news, I went to bed at 2:30 watching the breaking news, then when I woke up, I see all this. Crazy.

I briefly considered not sleeping last night until we caught this dude because it seemed so imminent. That was when his name was Sunil and the state of Connecticut was never in the equation.

They're surrounding an address (don't know if it's house or not) and are relocating the media. No indication if the suspect is in there or not, but the cops are at least suspicious.

The Cops per the scanner are on the lookout for any anomaly such as an open window or open cellar door, as members of the public aren't likely to be stupid enough to leave something like that open.

You wonder how much of what is constantly being reported on is detrimental? I would think the suspect might have the means to follow everything that is going on.
