When you see the **** unfolding, you don't go on TV and talk about "oh he's such a nice guy"


EDIT: After a while, you wake up and realize what's in front of you. And that's clearly not a nice guy. You can say "oh he was nice to me, but obviously he's an evil prick and it was all a front." At least that would be grounded in reality.

I'm going to give my honest thoughts.

I bet he was a nice guy. I bet his brother was, too (less than though). I bet this kid turned less than two or three years ago. Something changed in him. He looked up to his brother who probably met him up with some people. He became corrupted. He was warped.

I'm not saying you can tell who someone is by a picture, but I honestly do look at that picture and just don't see an everlasting tormented soul. Sure, he's tormented now... but I just don't think he always was. Like his uncle said (during one of the most bad-*** interviews ever), he decided to not mold into America's structure and became a loser. His uncle didn't always see him as a loser, and I'm willing to bet his deceased brother was probably more of a loser who damaged his psyche.

Then again, I could be way off base, but that's my opinion. Nonetheless, now he's just wacko. I hope he's still alive for two reasons:

1) We deserve to know more about these cohorts and their escapades.

2) I'd hate to waste resources and put an entire metropolitan city on lockdown while he could be floating in a river with a bullet through his skull after giving in several hours ago.

But also guys it's very easy to be outside looking in and say these people are "dumb" for calling these people nice guys. You could tell that kid in the interview has very conflicted emotions going on.

I'm from the outside looking in and what I see are two terrorists who blew up the Boston Marathon, killing 3 people including an 8 year old boy, maiming dozens of others, robbing a store, killing an MIT officer, having a firefight with officers using weapons including grenades, and causing unbelievable chaos in an American city.

Sorry if I don't sympathize with those who are so confused that they don't know how to feel after knowing all that. Cut and dry to me how I'd feel after learning that about one of my friends. But hey, I'm different.

How in the world are they taking this too far?! There is a TERRORIST loose, with explosives and weapons, in one of the most populated and famous cities in our country. There is no limit to what the authorities should do to find this piece of ****. He detonated explosives on American soil. Move Heaven and Earth and find this ****er and bring him to justice.

I think there is more to this than one 19 year old kid.

The postponed the Bruins game again. So the FBI or somebody must know that there is something else in Boston that the kid is hiding.

I don't want to be that guy that sticks up for this kid but he is innocent until proven guilty. Even with all the evidence against him he doesn't deserve to be strung up right away. If he is found with weapons then yeah they will shoot him but still. The authorities should ignore all the other citizens rights? Granted yeah they are allowing them to search their homes voluntarily but that is a little concerning watching from the outside.

You really don't need to shut down the entire city. That's really what I am getting at. They are just scaring people when there is really no real threat anymore or they aren't telling anyone how big of a threat is still out there.

All I have heard is that his brother. I'm not getting stuck on this guys said but it seems that in this country your innocent until proven guilty. Which it shouldn't be like that.
