I live about 90 miles away and I felt my house shook.

This town is about 80 miles south of Dallas and there was a fire before. So I think is just a very bad coincidence.

Most recent news is that they're evacuating the town in case of another explosion.

I've read that every house within a half mile of the explosion was blown away. People trapped in a nearby nursing home as well.

Now an anhydrous ammonia tank is on fire, and they're urging anyone within 30 miles to evacuate. If you're in that area, listen to them. If the wind blows that your way, you do not want to chance it.

Can't promise the picture is accurate as I don't know the original source, but this is supposedly either an apartment building or the nursing home.

One news feed said that cars on the highway were flipped over. I've stopped in this town at least 10 times on trips down south. They are one of the more famous small towns in Texas.

That picture seems to match a live overhead view I saw.

Just got home and heard about this. Really sad to see, and being so close it hits harder. That explosion was intense.

They are saying 60-70 on the local news station I'm watching. I've heard possibility of 100+ though.
