A properly cooked steak. Any of the better cuts work for me. Sometimes I like mushrooms and/or carmalized onions to put on top.

I'll eat pretty much anything.

I really love Mexican food, any thing rolled with beef or chicken or pork or any other meat, really, I'm not fussy. That with chipotle, refried pinto beans, pico de gallo and some wild rice.

If I'm cooking for a lot of people, I usually do southern BBQ style stuff. I'll buy a big joint of beef, ham or pork and cook it for around twelve hours, and serve it with freshly baked bread rolls as sliders, along with cornbread, buttermilk biscuits, spiced potato wedges etc.

How great is food, though?

I know my dishes more than likely won't be repeated.

Stew Peas which consists of red beans, salted pig tail, smoked turkey wings and beef neck bones. Jerk Pork/Chicken Curry Duck/Goat Escovitch Fish and Souse which is basically pickled cow, chicken or pigs feet.

I come from a west indian background dad is from guyana and my mother is from st kitts. We eat a lot of foods that may seem strange to some but these foods are beyond delicious.

That Kraft/Velveeta mac and cheese is a poor substitute. I mean I'll eat it if it's there and everything, but some good homemade mac & cheese is all kinds of awesome.
