What if you've been banned on April Fool's Day ?

I still have the message on my computer.

"Banned for being an Auburn fan."

Well, I already knew I was considered a vet. But perfect example.

I've been here 10 years, feel like I post A LOT and have 4k to my (Blue) name...

My guess is that the dudes with the mighty, mighty post stats are racking 'em in up in the (OS) 'hood...most likely "Off Topic", etc...

              No prob there, but:

I'd also like to "nominate" the "usual suspects" of the slider / workaround / roster threads...

After all, it IS a "Sports Gaming" site, is it not?

Yeah, people definitely post quite a lot in there. AUChase has over 1,000 posts in that thread. I have 11.

I agree, most people wouldn't even be on this forum if it wasn't for these kinds of members.

One simply cannot be an OS vet without the e-cred you earn while in the Cell.

Or if you've been banned on multiple occasions by a certain admin just for being a Steelers fan.

Re: In your opinion, what constitutes an OS vet?

I don't look at my ridiculous number of posts in OT as me padding anything.

OS helps me get through the work day sometimes and I often find myself in mid day conversations with the regulars. That often happens on Twitter or in the OT thread. I'm also active in a lot of other areas of the forum.

If you went back over the past few months, outside of Monday Nights (RAW threads), you would notice a trend that the majority of my posts come between 10am and 6pm.. around the time of my usual shift at work.

I also have well over 1000 posts in the Battlefield 3 thread.

I like to think I fall in that new generation a few years ago with guys like Watson and Dayman. I may not have the e-cred or be upstanding human beings like those cool cats, but I'm in the mix.

Haha it's no hard feelings, I wasn't saying you were post-padding. I just noticed that the thread is much more popular for conversation than I thought. Any time that I post in there, it's to bring up something anew that I couldn't really figure where else to post it.
