I'm 23 and have been slowly balding on both the top of my head and receding hairline but the sides and back are really thick and long. I've read a few different reviews but don't know which one is really best for me. I buzzed it down a '2' all around and while I thought it looked better, somehow more people seemed to notice it with it buzzed. I know it's natural and will happen but at 23, I'm not ready to lose it yet with all of my friends having full heads of hair and getting attention from the ladies. Any help or someone try a product that worked well? Thank you.

Aside from expensive hair transplant procedures there's not much guys balding can do. I mean if you are dead serious you could try going to a derm and getting prescriptions for Finasteride, reduces production of DHT the enzyme made in the prostate that attacks hair follicles in men; and Minoxidil, only FDA approved Hair stimulant on the market.
I mean even then those medications can be quite pricey, and with the best results you're looking at maintaining what you currently have with the possibility of very little regrowth. Far from a sure thing, so might not even be worth all that effort just to keep what you have.
I'd say just rock the short cut, women look for a lot more than a guys hair.. and the ones that do are just shallow. I see plenty of Bald dudes, with smoking hot women. If it gets really bad.. just shave it all off, it won't be that bad. Just wear a hat winter time.

I would say what Flight said, embrace it. Embrace it with a good sense of style. Your hair is just a portion of your appearance. Don't let it get you down or that will effect your body language and that is worse.
But be stylish. Always take care of yourself and take pride in what you look like. That goes a long way, full head of hair or not. There are so many ways to properly accessorize yourself and look great.
Many celebs are bald but look great. Here are some images to give you an idea of what you can go with.
