Football: Give me color at home. Exceptions being LSU, Georgia Tech, the Cowboys and the Redskins. Knock off this nonsense of teams wearing white at home due to the heat early in the season.

Baseball: White at home. Gray on the road. Road teams wears its alternate on Saturdays; home team wears its alternate on Sundays; they each wear alternates on holidays.

Basketball: White at home.

Hockey: White at home. (Still looks strange to me seeing the home team in colors, even though they've been doing it for years).

I like seeing the Flyers in orange and black at home, but I certainly understand the argument for whites at home so you can see the rest of the league's colors.

Really it doesn't matter to me.

I think he was saying the "red-out" crowd made it seem as if they were supporting New Jersey.

Ah, didn't even notice that. Seems more like a marketing gaff of scheduling a night like that (because I sure know Raptors fans aren't always that passionate) against a team that wore red at the time.

I still miss white at home for NHL games. Wings are classier in white.

That was actually a playoff game and now most NBA teams do that now.

To answer the OP's question, for me it varies on the sport. In the NFL, I prefer the home team to wear their Dark Unis(not a fan of the home team wearing it's road uni and road team wearing it's home uni though). In the NBA, I prefer the home team to wear it's White or Light colored uniforms.
