Keep her secure
Tell her how she's the only one you want and love - often (related to Phobia's post)
Be concerned about her emotional well being, even over your own sometimes
Listen to her even when she's just ratting sometimes and don't offer solutions
Do things you did when you dated
I know a couple of those you say, hey she already knows that "i love her" or "I care about her, why do I need to tell her all the time"... Trust me Bro-Migo, it doesn't have to make sense, and trust me they don't make sense, just do it.
Those are just a few but they work. If she wears something that you dont think looks that great and asks you
"how do I look".... don't answer. Just turn it back on her without her knowing with a simple few words. "well what do you think?"
They fall for it every time
