Seriously, what the hell.

And much like their offense, I think I kinda like the idea of what they were trying to do, but the execution was awful and they shouldn't have shown it on TV.

Need to vent! Brought my car in to the dealer for an oil change and it comes out with 2 big scratches on the front bumper. I freaked out! They had the balls to say "are you sure they were not there?" I said does two black lines running across a silver bumper look inconspicuous to you? They took pictures and are evaluating it. I don't know what they need to evaluate. I had just washed the car before bringing it to the dealer the car was pristine. Weekend ruined!

Dude that sucks. The only thing the are evaluating is what lie they can come up with. Hopefully they take care of this for you, but you're going to have to fight tooth and nail probably to get them to do so.

All the reviews mention **** service, mold, bedbugs and overcharging in some combination.

If it's bad, we're just gonna check in, use the parking, walk to the game and drive back home when it's done.

I thought she knew better than this haha.

Girlfriend is a Browns fan.

Last summer we decide to go up to Berea to see their training camp. We figure we'd make a weekend of it; visit the aquarium and pro football HOF. I tell her I'll drive and take care of everything, just book the hotel.

We go to camp for a while and decided to go check in to the hotel before finding something else to do. She drives us to the hotel. On the way, I realized we've been in the car for a while. We've left the city. Passed the suburbs. We then are on a highway. At this point I'm wondering, "where in the **** is this woman going?". We then come to what I think was a toll booth. We finally get off at an exit, but then I wish we were still on a highway. There are 2 gas stations around, a truck stop, and a generic fast food spot. Pretty sure I saw dirt roads and tumbleweeds.

We pull into the hotel and there are random Indian looking kids skateboarding in the parking lot. As we're walking into the hotel an old white couple are sitting in the bed of their truck staring at me. I'm waiting on a, "You don't belong here, boy" type of comment. Nope. Just creepy stare. We walk into the hotel, there's a guy that looks like the owner of Holy Moly Donut Shop and an old gay guy who bleached his hair too much. They tell us the electric is out, but it should be back on shortly. I don't hesitate, "Cancel my room, please".

No hotel has any openings (that I like. Very picky about this) within 20 miles. I end up basically driving to and from Cleveland in one day.

She's no longer allowed to book anything by herself.

**** like this reminds me to take pics of my car every time I bring it in anywhere. Then I always forget and tell myself everything will be fine.
