Eh, I don't particularly have a use for it at the moment but it is pretty interesting. Always wished DirecTV had an online feature where I can access any channel that was part of my plan wherever I am. I could get a Slingbox I suppose but eh, the quality isn't nearly as great as what I'm envisioning.

      Splurging on a desktop computer...

We've both had laptops the last two times out and they died relatively quickly. Got iPhones so a tablet seems redundant (even though that Surface looks amazing). I'm just ready to have a regular computer again. Like I said, most things can be done from our phones so having a stationary computer doesn't bother me. Besides, I'm going to need it for school coming up. I still don't trust these tablets to run like a good old fashioned computer.

Think we're going with HP. Don't want a Dell or Gateway. Had good experiences with desktop HP's. My dad actually just recently got rid of the old family computer we got almost 20 years ago! That's longevity for technology.

Looking at a $620 price tag all things included. Maybe less if we can secure my brother-in-law's discount.

Now tell me I'm making the wrong decision.

Seeing that burger reminds me of Black Pudding that I got in Scotland this year. While it didn't taste bad, as soon as I learned what it was I felt sick to my stomach for a couple hours.... Never again.

I knew what was in it before I tried it. And it's delicious. Too bad it's not available (legally) in the US.

A while back a friend of mine posted a story on Facebook about mutant vegetables growing around the Fukushima zone. I actually searched my FB activity log to find it, but the link no longer works (just goes to the msn main page).

'goes to wikipedia and looks up "black pudding''

Yeah, the definitely doesn't sound at all appetizing. They eat some weird stuff in Scotland.

Does black pudding have a heavy iron taste? I didn't care much for that when I had liver kebab.

I thought it tasted just like Thanksgiving stuffing.
