Actually I've been to a marriage therapist with my ex. I didn't like her and walked out since she was on my exes side.

Yes, in high school I went to a psychiatrist every week for about 3 months. It really helped me get through a rough time in my life. The psychologist was amazing, she helped me sort out my priorities, start thinking positively and productively, and most importantly, she was my outlet at the time. You really can't talk to anyone about serious stuff, so having a professional listen to your problems helps A TON.
Now, I don't know if you're talking about that. If you are, then my advice is good.
Shorter definitely.

Regarding the woman height thing, I'm short as it is so around my height or slightly taller is the deal for me. Honestly, it isn't the biggest deal in the world.
I've been to a couple psychologists in my high school years. One was a boring guy who kept prattling on about stupid stuff and the other one was way too distracting (she was young and attractive) so eh.....

I went to a psychiatrist when I was like 11-12, but it really didn't accomplish much because my mom did most of the talking and they'd take her word (mostly false/exaggerated stories) over mine. I'd actually love to go back to one now just to have someone to vent to.Comment
