So I think I might have ****ed my knee up on Sunday. I was at a J. Cole concert and the seats were super tight together, and I have long legs so it was a bit of a struggle to fit comfortably into my seat. I can't remember it exactly but I think there was a moment where it felt like something popped a little bit when I was standing up or went to move. There was a minor feeling of pain and walking up the stairs when I got home sucked, but it was nothing excruciating that I couldn't handle and I'm usually pretty stubborn with pain anyways.
Monday morning it still didn't feel great and it was a little stiff. I went to the gym and was able to walk around fine for most of the day without limping or anything. Then a few hours after I got to work it started to really kick in to the point where I had to limp and there were also times where I'd be walking and have to suddenly pull up because I'd get a quick jolt of pain. It almost felt like something was going to pop out of my knee.
I woke up today and it still feels the same. The pain seems to be coming from the area below the kneecap, and maybe a little off to the right side (this is my left knee btw). There hasn't been any swelling so I don't know what the hell is going on.
It's pretty frustrating when I just got back to work and already I'm dealing with another injury (my back was giving me problems before I left but thankfully it's fine now).
