Just realized I never really knew how to make scrambled eggs. I was watching the food network and they were talking about the most made mistakes with scrambled eggs. I made a few mistakes. I always thought my scrambled eggs were good.
Just made them the real way. Much better. They don't need cheese, ketchup or anything. They're awesome.Chicago Bears

Same thing happened to me last summer when I realized I wasn't using the right temp to cook omelets*, after I experimented with medium high heat with a short cooking time it was perfect

Pretty sure the dining hall at my college cooked omelets at the wrong temp too. That's what was wrong before, plus they had sort of a rubbery like texture. My dad used to tell me to never come close to medium when cooking eggs, then I found out it's almost the exact opposite. They basically only cook for a minute on medium high now and they're 10x better. Hell of a day.
Woke up to this... my toddler found a sharpie:
Fixed with rubbing alcohol thankfully.
Thought it was all downhill from there, but then as I was cleaning my car (I was half in the back seat, standing on the curb) someone backs into me...
We're working on getting a bunch of things doje before my daughter is born (due 3/31, probably be pretty early though). Having some issues with his insurance and stuff but it looks like it's just $25 to fix the damage on our car.
Surely Monday will be a better day.
