Depends on where they're from. Closer to Minneapolis hate the Vikings. Closer to Chicago hate the Bears.

Speaking of kids, I went to see Guardians of the Galaxy again yesterday. This little girl is sitting in front of me and at one point in the movie, one character calls another a prick. The little girl asks her dad, "His name is prick?"

Of course this story (even if true) would have been an extreme example and something that I would personally never do. I took at as more of a shot against the mom that the kid though. Although, the kid was the one who got "punished".

However I take exception to the "we were all kids at one time" line of thinking. If I would have acted like that when I was a kid I would have gotten my *** blistered as soon as we got home, if not before. It's a shame when other people have to step in and help teach a strangers kid a lesson because parents letting their kids act out, but it happens.

I actually saw a mom and dad letting their kids run wild while I was getting my hair cut a few weeks ago. The dad was getting his hair cut and the two kids where hopping up and down on the unused barber chair, taking a ungodly amount of suckers from the bowl of free suckers, etc. and the mom spent all of her time staring at her phone. Finally one of the women working there moved the bowl, so they couldn't take anymore and even had to say "don't do that" when the were hanging off of the chairs. I would have been ashamed as a parent if that were my kids, basically having to have someone else parent my kid. Most parents should feel this way, but instead you have parents (like in the fake story) with misdirected anger. They get pissed at the person who's trying to help instead of looking in the mirror.
