Watson, if I ever find myself in Baton Rouge on game day would I be welcome to that tailgate? I don't think pictures have ever made me more hungry.

Seriously guys? Olive Garden shouldn't even be considered Italian. It's a chain that serves "pasta dishes". Owned by Darden a group that represents numerous different establishments and "cuisines".
I'll give you college guys a pass for going but when you grow up and start to enjoy real food you'll understand.

Re: Off Topic 2014
I like the breadsticks at Olive Garden. Their actual dishes taste awful to me though. The meat they use tastes like they browned it and that's it. I'm not nearly the food snob that some people can be on here, but Olive Garden is definitely one of the few places I would flat out refuse to go to if I'm not going because of someone else's special occasion and they wanted to go there.Originally posted by BlueNGoldI feel weird for liking a post about exposed penises.Comment

Off Topic 2014
I do have a good story about Olive Garden but it's centered around my kids and their service. Not the food.
It was one in northern Washington and we had driven for hours from Oregon. We were all tired and hungry. Had to be close to 9pm. It was the closest place to us minus a Taco Bell and a small burger joint.
The wife and I needed a beer so fast food was out of the question. So into Olive Garden we go.
And it was packed.
We got our beers while we waited, which was not long at all, got to a table, and had the best service I can remember.
The server was attentive to our very tired children, kept my wife and I happy making sure we weren't dry, and kept up on us as we needed.
I don't even remember what we ate but I was so tired it didn't matter the service made everything acceptable.
I left a very generous tip and later emailed corporate to give them the name of our server and to let them know how grateful we were for his service.
It truly went to show that great service can trump substandard food.Originally posted by Anthony BourdainThe celebrity chef culture is a remarkable and admittedly annoying phenomenon. I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

I'm not going to bad mouth anybody that goes to Red Lobster either just as I don't vomit when somebody brings up Taco Bell or Long John Silvers.
Sometimes you just want to fill yourself with bread and adequately tasting, overpriced pasta and pour their salad dressing all over your face.
I will draw a line at Golden Corral, however.
