Just because something isn't authentic, doesn't mean it isn't good. I mean, I could understand if you just hopped off of a boat from Sicily, but come on. Most of us wouldn't be able to tell what is authentic/non-authentic about OG anyway.

Plus it's delicious, if it's good, eat it.

I've never even been to Olive Garden. Now I'm tempted to just to see what the deal is, and partially to troll Chef.

Anyways, pretty dope thing about work for me Thursday night - I go for like 2 hours then get to leave around 1 so I can catch my bus back home at 3 am. Of course I only get two days off and have to be back for work Sunday night but still, I thought that was alright.

You guys are on a roll this morning. Love it

One thing I dislike are parents that their carts filled with frozen food and entrees. I get that some just don't know how to cook but I preach to my staff the importance of fresh ingredients. Stay on the outside isles of the grocery store and you'll se a difference in your grocery bill and the health of your children.

Re; Pizza? I don't hate on frozen pizza. Classic american staple. Red Baron or not. However, if I had a choice? I'd take the fresh 2 pack large for 5 dollars over any frozen pie.

The cereal and pancake isle is in the middle of the store though.

Since we're here and talking about food I'll go ahead and post this here...

One of my favorite restaurants released the majority of their recipes. On the list we've only made the Buttermilk Pancake with Cane Syrup and Pecan Butter as well as the Bisque of Curried Pumpkin, Crawfish and Corn. I would highly recommend both.

It's so easy to cook and better on your wallet in the long term (leftovers). We made a pretty decent chicken parm with Caesar salads last night... Took maybe 20 minutes. I could've bought a chicken parm frozen bag, and grudgingly ate it. I'll throw down the extra bucks to make enough for 2-3 meals and be happy with the quality.

I just dislike most frozen food. The one exception being pizza. Even then, doesn't hold a candle to picking up a fresh hot pie. Not even that convenient either!

I never eat anything other than appetizers or dessert at Chillis.

Everything else is pretty bad, but it's super cheap for us because my wife and I can split the app and dessert and both get full. We can an get out of there for less than $25 (tip included) so I can't complain about that.

When it comes to their entrees though, I can go to another "real (ie non-chain) restaurant" and get better for not that much more. Outback has best food out of all of the chain restaurants.

I've been there a couple times. Pretty good but if I remember correctly both times I was with my wife and we were either ditching work for the day, or out shopping during the holidays for the kids so it's hard not to have a good experience with a cold beer and burger at 1100am on a Tuesday haha!

                                I love Red Robin burgers.

There is one at the Mall of St.Matthew's in Louisville. So to encourage me to go shopping with her, my wife will treat me to Red Robin burger, unlimited fries, and a sundae.
