I use to be a heavy Kotaku reader/browser, haven't visited in months. I got tired of the clickbait articles on various games. Way happier getting first hand opinions on OS or checking out a game via Youtube.

I have a mail complaint in the works, not Fedex but it reminded me anyway. My bday was Oct 3, I didn't get a card from anyone. My mom emailed me specifically to ask if I got my card because I always email back a thank you message. My step dad works for USPS, he knows all he has to do is drop mail in the outgoing tray and it'll be out for delivery the next day.

The problem is USPS doesn't deliver directly to my apartment, they drop everything in a big mailbox way across the parking lot, then a lady from the building goes and collects our mail from the box every day and places it in our individual mail slots.

I don't know who to blame, did my card somehow get lost on it's 1 day trip to my apartment? Did the mail carrier take it? Did the lady that transports the mail from the big box to the mail slots take it? Did someone in my building see an obvious bday card with $$ in it and steal it from my slot?

Who knows, but I'm pissed about not having a secure way to receive mail anymore. Not to mention I'm poor as **** and could use some bday cash right about now

I know stores have been doing it for months(advertising christmas), but I'm now starting to see TV commercials advertising Christmas related TV episodes/specials scheduled to air 2 months from now lol.
