SVP, but I don't listen to any of it now.

SVP & Russillo
Second place isn't close. It's the most sane, well reasoned show that ESPN produces. And they're funny. Overall, just a fantastic product.

PTI is the only one I pay attention to. I'll sometimes listen to Mike & Mike on the radio in the morning but never watch the show.GT: Herkyalert

Re: What's your favorite ESPN talking head show?
I've been on vacation for a week so I've seen a few of the shows I usually miss; unfortunately this has included a few minutes here and there of First Take. I'd rather take paper cuts to my eyeballs than watch an entire 2 hours of that show.Last edited by dsallupinyaarea; 01-20-2014, 10:13 PM.NFL - Vikings

Re: What's your favorite ESPN talking head show?
Love SVP. Wish I caught the show more than I do. In terms of which show I watch more, I probably watch First Take the most simply because it's on pretty much all day, and I get bored of watching the same stuff on SportsCenter over and over so it's nice to hear some debate of some sort.
I loved Numbers Never Lie before they changed to the new format. Originally, it was a really cool show that broke things down into advanced statistics that nobody would ever really think of. Now, they resort to "advanced" statistics like QBR and often times, the number that they reference to prove which of the two is right doesn't even really have anything to do with what was being debated. It really annoys me now. They ruined a great concept.NFL: Bills

Is SVP Scott VanPelt? Because I bet I wouldn't mind his show. He seems like he'd be down to Earth and normal. Is that true? I definitely prefer real folks of that ilk as opposed to wild speaking attention-mongers performing an act.Comment

Re: What's your favorite ESPN talking head show?
I've been watching PTI for yrs now. Im gonna be sad when the pull the plug on this show eventually. The banter between the two is always good and Wilbon says things I would. Shut up! Quit whining! Do whats right!! Etc...
Other than that I don't care for anything on ESPN anymore. Dan Patrick on Audience is where its at. Simulcast. The Danettes make that show. It just feels like 5 guys sitting around talking sports and Pop culture. Every once in a while Dan comes off as smug, like when hes pronouncing he had called something weeks ago. But otherwise its all good. They have the coolest lives tbh though. Lol. Im jealous.
