Re: Operation Sports Hall of Fame
If you're going for roster/slider guys as well, VRTCB and CWSapp have been doing consistently great work for years over in the 2k subforum.Comment

Re: Operation Sports Hall of Fame
For me, personally, it's Steve and Clay to start. Two of the most influential people in the history of the site.
You absolutely have to think of fossen and SDrotar, the tag team of the news early on.
BK also a lock to me. Makes a ton of impact on this site without having a mod/admin tag.
BDoughty simply for the amount of times he has made me laugh coming back from the original melt down. He gets it. He'll never get the recognition for getting it, but he does.
Sully gets a ton of credit from me, as well.
Poster wise - go look through the history of Acid and Longhorn (now Beantown) in their hay days. I really thing changing his name to Beantown makes him lose a lot of credit, but they were the tag team when it came to posting around here for a long time.
As it comes to 'slider guys' or 'roster guys', it's obvious that Knight is the one that stands out. Guy transformed roster making from a hobby to an art form. Guys like Jarrodd, charter04, and people like that remind me of the next up and coming class taking over for the 'specialists' when it comes to these type of things.
I know I'm missing people. fishepa initiated to me as an admin, and had so many great ideas that I ran with that he may never know that he gave me. There are just too many things that happen in the background that a lot of people don't see that make this site great.Last edited by Millennium; 02-03-2014, 08:00 PM.Comment

Re: Operation Sports Hall of Fame
That game haunts my nightmares. I've never been able to not adjust but I just...couldn't stop that.
(For real though, that's kind of awesome. We took over just about every single thread back then and it was generally ****ing hysterical.)Comment
