I usually take Splenda in my coffee. But I've been trying to cut back on it because it's bad for you. I've become so accustomed to the taste though that it's difficult.

I had been using sweetner for awhile but recently went back to sugar. I prefer sugar to sweetner but like anything you have to control it. I don't use alot only a half a teaspoon when having tea or coffee. Now I do drink diet cola which has the same sweetner ingrediant as equal which is aspartame but I only have 1 or 2 in a day. I tend to get headaches if I have to much caffeine so I am trying to cut back on the tea and pop as well. I rarely drink coffee so that isn't an issue with me.

Try a natural sweetner like stevia. Natural and doesn't raise blood sugar which is good for diabetics. As far as sugar goes, go as natural as possible. Absolutely stay away from artificial sweetner. Its just terrible for you.

I myself drink coffee and tea straight with nothing in it. It took a good while to get used to but taste buds change and its been good. I'm kind of a coffee snob, so I can't really drink standard foldgers. I have to get beans from crazy country and grind it up before I drink it black.

I can drink coffee black with nothing in it but tea I need milk and half a teaspoon of sugar. I have never been a big coffee drinker just strictly tea. Currently I am sticking with sugar but will use it lightly.

All natural sweetner or sugar. Artificial stuff is so bad. I am using monk fruit extract in my coffee and it's pretty good.
