I was sitting in the airport in Orlando. I got bored so I started searching the web. I believe I was watching MrHurriicane and decided to check out OS. I stumbled on NewscasterNews4's Belltown football thread and signed up.

A general Google search about 2k5 rosters brought me here. Once I took a look around, I decided to join. Not many sites had such a vast array of games covered.

I think I was looking for if there was going to be a new MVP Baseball at the time. It was either that or something Madden related. If there's a way to check your first post than I could give you a better answer.

I believe I was looking for NCAA sliders or something, but I'm not 100% sure. I don't know if sliders were even a thing back in the early 00's

Not sure, maybe recommended from the ThunderPuck forums, maybe 2khockey.net, possibly just looking for any shred of NFL 2k5 news hence my August 2004 join date (though it came out in July). Maybe even mentioned over at Dynasty Manager, my first Internet home.

Pretty sure I didn't ever really post at first, then came back to it a few years later. Past 4-5 years it's been my go-to. All the smaller forums just don't compare. I don't even really "forum" anymore, this place is just my home now. I come here to share stories or talk sports with people who aren't my real life friends. And it's better that way!
