Re: Unique Situation, Advice would be great

I'm just going to address the self-conscious/awkward/struggle to talk to people in real life part of your post because it sounds pretty familiar, only back in 2012 when I was also 15/16.

There are two things which I cannot begin to give enough credit to for massively improving my life and confidence, and would strongly recommend.

      1. Hit the gym if you aren't already. There is a multitude of great benefits: permanent spike in confidence, girls will find you incrementally more attractive as you improve in appearance, you willl appear "stronger" to anyone who tries to intimidate or disrespect you in front of others because of your stutter, better athletic performance in sports if you play any, natural high after each session, raised mood in general, etc.

Just an update for you guys if you were still interested or anything haha

I have stopped talking to her completely and blocked her off all of my social mediums, so she is completely out of my life. Thanks for the help guys, I am already feeling better about myself and my future!

I'm the same age (about to turn 17 in two weeks-ish) and luckily I've never dealt with anything like that. I'm currently in a very serious long term relationship, and my significant other is luckily no where near that kind of crazy. However, concerning your social "issues":

They aren't really even issues, they're more of a self confidence thing for you. I kind of had the same issues, except just in general, I was a tad overweight and ive always thought of myself as unattractive, but as I've grown older, I've grown into my body and I've felt a lot better about myself. I've never had a stutter or anything like that. The best thing you can do is learn to maybe get over them and get comfortable talking to people (girls, correct?) and hope for the best. You seem like a cool, genuinely nice guy. I'm sure if I could get over self confidence issues, you can.

May I ask what you mean by "very serious long term relationship"? At 17 years old how could you even say that?

in high school, a "very serious long term relationship" is one that has made it 3 months.

Long Term Relationship = 1 month
Serious Long Term Relationship = 2 months

We had this discussion in OT a few days ago, from what I understood, it sounds like he's talking a solid 2 or so years (doesn't say, but that's my guess), and yes, I'm pretty sure countryboy was joking... only half, but the best jokes tend to have some truth to them.
